After 5.5 years of trying to break out of the "Admin Asst", no benefits, long hours, no pay raise in 3 years until I bitched, not to mention all the skills I have. I could go on and one. But no job is perfect. Even now if they would just give me some training in this one area or talk to the manager I support about I would be happy, but I have talked and asked till I am blue in the face. I refuse to deal with billions of $$ of revenue that people get paid off of and not know what I am doing.
