Hi Jennifer!

Most folks try to get the gym or run errands earlier in the day so they can rush to work. In my experiences being self-employed, I've found that scheduling errand time and gym/work-out time at 5 or 6 p.m. (the end of regular business hours) gets me out of the house and helps me redirect my energies.

DO YOUR WORK DURING WORKING HOURS--like everyone else. DO YOUR PLAY THE REST OF THE DAY! Hope that helps.

: Now who wrote this? Did I? Am I commenting on my own post? Could be me.

: In my efforts at free-lancing, I now this. One thing that has helped - only helped not fixed - is to reverse the scheduling and priority setting.

: My highest priority and absolutely locked in time commitments go to the non-work (real-life) stuff and people. Others got ideas?
: : Okay, so I just quit my job to work at home where I thought I'd have more free time. But it turns out that I'm a worse slave-driver than my old boss ever was. I work into all hours of the night and can't seem to separate my home life from my working life. How do I draw the line? Any advice?
