They know that they are the only company in this small town that pays more than min. wage. So now I am currently running 3 departments and my pay is frozen at $8.60 and I have been there three years... Mean while union workers are wooping it up with large payraises in fact one guy who started 1 year after me is making in excess of $13 an hour. But the point is like you said it is the employees that made the company what it is today and they do need to remember that. What's so sad about it is that I am going to leave this company soon, and when I do my coworkers will suffer alot, I take alot of slack but I have lost all loyalty to my company now.
