Community clinic hostility Posted by: Barbara on December 07, 1998 at 22:19:15: Help! I am a nurse practitioner who was recruited by a community health center by the center's executive director (a micromanager par excellence) to help "fix" some major problems. The clinic is rife with ethnic and really nasty office politics. From the day I came in, the doctors have been resentful, and lately, vengeful. I feel that the position itself was a set-up and the workplace hostility is really wearing on me. I have been offered another position in the organization, but would much rather get out at this point. Any ideas?
