Overtime at 56 hrs Posted by: Erik on January 12, 1999 at 22:04:30: I work in the ski industry and I have always been told that they are exempt from having to OT after 40 hrs. I read through IWC 10-89 and I don't see anything about 56 hrs. It very clearly states that 1.5 times the hourly rate shall be paid for all hours worked over 40 in a week. Does anyone know what the law is? Follow Ups
