JOB/PAY DON'T MATCH Posted by: FEP on July 22, 1999 at 01:52:44: I work as a pc technician/software support. I found out recently that when I was hired I was hired in as clerical. My description was never changed to match my actual work. My pay as a clerical employee SUCKS! The boss doesn't want to pay anywhere near the going rate. Do I have any rights here? Do I have any recourse with any labor board in any way? Any suggestion would be good. In California and not sure if its so golden. Follow Ups
