I work in a hospital and 1 &1/2 years ago, we went to twelve hour shifts. All nursing staff signed a piece of paper stating anything over 12 hours in a day or 40 hours in a week would be overtime. So, everytime we were mandatory, we received time and a half for the last four hours. Now, administration sent a memo stating we would no longer receive time and a half for the last four hours, but they would be paid at straight time.
