As a result, should your state have such, you have the "right to know" and your employer has the legal obligation to maintain a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) database for chemicals used in the performance of your job. Therefore, I would check with your state labor agency, regarding the laws around "Right to Know" and if your state has such, ask my employer to produce the MSDS sheet regarding chlorine. If they get nasty, you might want to mention to them that it is the LAW. The MSDS sheet will tell you many facts about the chemical, including safety precautions that you should adhere to when using such, health risks, etc....
