Ditto! I too, hate my job. But my reasons are somewhat different. The job itself is dead-end, non-rewarding, but that's not what makes it soooo bad. It's the "C___S" i have to work with. I work at a remote station with our h/q some 3000 miles away. In my opinion, if they get what hey want the details of getting it should be left to us. And it would be if not for 2 opportunistic employees, guided by their own greed, and a so far not rewarded effort of gaining co. recognition. It is down right ugly. But take it from me, the saying "shit rolls downhill" was coined with my co. in mind. In my 4 years with the company I have dealt with many of the top-level execs that reward aforementioned employees actions. And let me tell you, they are no different. Back-stabbing, information hiding, management circumventing, sell their mothers for a dollar, a'holes. Imagine, your boss being 3500 miles away and yet is intimately aware of how many times you've gone to the bathroom today. Please help!!!!.
