Our job is getting crazier and crazier each time from having 24-36 patients to take care of, paper works,to comply with the OBRA/OSha regulations, and our responsibilities to patients, families, doctors, co-workers, and the facility management. What about our own families...especially, we the small people in the health care don't get good benefits...and the managers has so much time chatting(meeting) and writing up people for some tasks not done. Nurses are overwork!!! and so nurses tends to fight or flight away. What is going on out there? Follow Ups
