I think people often miss the point. Your job is not the be all and end all. It should not define who you are, regardless if you love or hate it. I work hard but not because I love what I do. I work hard because of the type of person that I am. Most incentives won't even get me to turn my head and recognition is not needed. I work hard because of the person that I am when I leave the office.

I truely believe that we weren't meant to spend our lives the way that we do. It doesn't make sence to me at all. I don't feel that I was born to be a part of a telecommunications team.

If you hate your job, leave. Don't sit around complaining. The job is supposed to work for you just as much as you are supposed to work for the job, and money just isn't that important. Pretend that it is...go ahead...waste your time.
