Although I am only casual staff I work there full time during the busy seasons and help out whenever they need me. I am the most experienced waitress they have at present and have had 1 night off since september. I even worked willingly on Christmas Day and New Years day only to find out that because I am casual staff I am not entitled to my share of the tips which are collected in a jar and shared out 2 full time staff only at the end of the year. I find this appalling as I have worked so hard this year and afterall it's the waitressess that get tipped, not the receptionists so why should everyone else get a share in my tips!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
