He yelled a bit, and then it was my turn. I showed how I had increased business with my actions. He didn't get it. The next two weeks, I ran the store the way HE wanted it ran. Business died off completely. Big surprise. I called a meeting, and showed him how things had died, and that only MY ideas kept us going. After he said, "This is my store...you do as I say", I gave him my notice. I report that the store I worked in has since closed. It died so much that they were forced to shut down BOTH stores. They have pooled their money, and have a new store....which is dying fast. I still get offers to come back, but I just laugh. I would have to run things the way that is good for the store, and the boss wouldn't like that very much. Still....if they offer enough money... We must remember that we're all in this together, and that WE WILL WIN! Your brother in battle, Follow Ups
