I've just started a job in the marine supply business and I'm having a hard time with co workers. Most of them are rude, anything but helpful, and have the tendency to try to make you feel like you don't belong there. I have no problems with my boss, but I've seen him in action with other co-workers and belief me, it wasn't a pretty site. I've been moved to a new branch that's closer to my home, so I'd rather not quit, but it's the same situation there, no respect. Please, if you can give me any suggestions, e-mail me a.s.a.p.
