Yo! Tommy,

Thanks for continuing the conversation.

Tommy sez:: As for getting others involved, why bring others in especially if thery're comfortable in their jobs, they won't be help anyway.

I sez: You bring 'em so you can win something! Every work place I've seen (lots more than I want to count) is about power. Two got more clout than one.

Tommy sez: It depends on who you work with. Some just want a job, any job.

I sez: You are right. "Some" only "want a job, any job." But, I'd bet that more want to be treated fairly and justly. Even those who only want the job would rather be treated better. Do you disagree with that?

Tommy says:: So are you a middle manager, moderator, what is your story??? I'd be interested to know

I sez: Not now; been there; done that. My store is office boy, laborer, trainer, middle manager, executive director, organizer, free lance writer. How about you, Tommy.?

Last point! Again I ask, "Why do you think a one person hell-raising crusade would get him over-time money?"

'til next time!
