The only way that you will be noticed/promoted is if you do it yourself. During your review (monthly, annual, whatever time period you have) bring along a list of any and all projects, jobs, special contributions that you have personally been involved in. Mention them to the person giving you your review. If this isn't possible, find a position to which you would like to be promoted, apply and argue your case. A great many supervisors/managers take their employees for granted and don't notice those little things that make them a great employee. They will never notice you as promotion material unless you point out to them what a great job you are doing. Good luck! Follow Ups
