You have to be knowlegable in all areas of your company. Questions arise everyday that you have to answer. Most of the time we are chained to our desk and under a microscope.Being watch and criticized. I work for a large company and I got myself promoted to thier Event Coordinator. I plan the events in the office so I'm not trapped at my desk all the time. There is a new position up for grabs but, I don't think they will give it to me. I'm qualified for the job but because I have been with company for over eight years they want to keep at the same place and salery. Follow Ups
