Waiting for a raise Posted by: Tonya on July 08, 1998 at 12:08:47: I am working in the grocery store for almost two years now..We couldn't get any raise unless we are going to tell the person to give us a raise because we've been there for a little while.( the reason why I used we because it is not only me.) We just don't know what to do about this ,It seems like we felt we have to solicit our raise when it is their duty to do it. Follow Ups
