I also think that if he doesn't no one will. Now, of course, if job security is top priority here then he shouldn't cause too much of a ruckus. But, as was said before, he is being stuck in the middle, supervising others without that much compensation. They give him a title to make him feel good. Wears off after awhile. That's why he should raise hell ~tommy : tommy - : Couldn't your "living hell get John fired? Wouldn't getting all the supervisors together work better?
