If you don't want his attention, you are being stalked. That's against the law in most states. You should be able to stop it, if you are willing to get the police involved.

Back in the days I worked for bigger organizations, I understood that mail that came to me at the office was assumed to be for the company unless it was clearly marked personal and confidential. Maybe someone has better information than that.
