Just 2 quick examples. In Minnesota, nursing homes are being brought into the fold regularly. It's taking hard work and getting the community involved. In New York City, there's the New York Taxi Workers Alliance. (see MS. S/O issue, page 20). I would like to see a union in my business, but I have also seem not one but three different companies shut down in the same town when the workers tried to organize.
