Also tell the auditors who did this in the first place! : i have been working as a supervisor for ten years for a south florida muncipality..internal auditors came in and said that i was working to many hours overtime and that i should be paid or given comp.time in lieu of the monies.this information was put into the auditors report..two years have passed and no has mentioned it to me again..can i sue?
