: Judith,

: {Ya notice, I spelled your name correctly, this time. The things I do sometimes.}

: Some good observations. I wonder if one factors of the f-cats lack of loyalty to us, isn't their training. My MBA study days taught that people were "human resources". How can you respect and have loyalty to "resources"? Any one?
I certainly think it is training. They tried hard to train the "working stiff" out of me when I studied for my Master's in Nursing Administration. Unfortunately, having been raised in a lunch-bucket steelworkers family, I seem to be untrainable in that regard. It has kept me out of jobs commensurate with my education. I wish I had answers. Perhaps when the supply of "human resources" dries up, and they need real people to work for them and make them money, things will change.
